100% solids, solvent-free polyurethane base membrane. Zero VOC, ideal for enclosed spaces and environmentally sensitive job sites.
Application
Apply by squeegee, roller, or notched trowel. Backroll after each pass. Two coats typically required on uneven or sloped surfaces.
Cure Time
Allow 16–24 hrs between coats. Cure rate depends on temperature and humidity.
Best Use
Enclosed parking structures, indoor-outdoor transitions, or zero-VOC mandated projects.
Resilient base coat for standard outdoor deck and roof applications. Moisture-cured polyurethane providing crack-bridging and waterproofing performance.
Application
Single-component — no mixing required. Apply by squeegee, roller, or notched trowel. Backroll after pass.
Cure
16–24 hr recoat window. Cures faster in warm, humid conditions. Min. application temp: 45°F.
Storage
Seal opened containers with polyethylene blanket. Use within 1–2 days of opening. 9-month shelf life unopened.
Standard base membrane for ELASTA-TUFF vehicular and pedestrian deck systems. Single-component moisture-cure polyurethane — no mixing curing agent required.
Application Method
Apply by squeegee, roller, or notched trowel. Always backroll. No mixing required — single component moisture-cure product.
Cure / Recoat
16–24 hrs cure between coats at standard conditions. Cold weather: add Tufflex Accelerators to speed cure. Min. application temp: 45°F.
Shelf Life & Storage
9 months unopened, stored below 80°F. Opened containers must be used within 1–2 days. Blanket with polyethylene sheeting before re-sealing.
Primer Required
