TUFF-POXY Primer #1
2-Component

100% solids, solvent-free epoxy-polyamine primer with low viscosity. Excellent adhesion to concrete and plywood. Low odor — suitable for interior applications.

Apply at 250–350 sq ft/gal depending on substrate porosity. Allow min. 3 hrs at 77°F before applying membrane coats. Pot life reduced in high heat.

Standard Outdoor RBC
1-Component

Resilient base coat for standard outdoor deck and roof applications. Moisture-cured polyurethane providing crack-bridging and waterproofing performance.

1-Component

Standard base membrane for ELASTA-TUFF vehicular and pedestrian deck systems. Single-component moisture-cure polyurethane — no mixing curing agent required.

Shelf Life & Storage

9 months unopened, stored below 80°F. Opened containers must be used within 1–2 days. Blanket with polyethylene sheeting before re-sealing.

Primer Required

Apply TUFFLEX water-based or solvent-based epoxy primer at 250–350 sq ft/gal before application.

Reinforcing
